Kaimana is of Hawaiian origin and is derived from the elements kai, meaning sea, and mana, which translates to power or spiritual force. When combined or ‘blended’, Kaimana represents the powerful essence of the sea. In just like in Californian culture, in Hawaiian culture, the ocean holds a special significance as a life-giving force and a symbol of strength. Our coffee blend embodies this meaning, reflecting the awe-inspiring power and beauty of the sea in each and every cup from this blend.
About The Coffee
A distinctive concoction creating an amazing worldly blend. The East African (Ethiopia) component adds jasmine aroma and berry sweetness while the Central American (Guatemala) components bring a chocolatey creamy body. When we put these two together the results are a sweet and clean coffee. Excels in pour-over or drip, and absolutely stunning light to medium roast profile helps create a coffee that kicks up the day nicely. This also does extremely well as a juicier take on traditional, medium-dark espresso.

The Kaimana Blend was created for those looking for an exceptionally sweet and complex blend with deep chocolate and berry flavor notes. As a medium roast we a pop of raspberry and dried cherry and a subtle chocolate and toasted marshmallow. A true balance, sweetness, and body are what form this smooth, yet powerful delicious potion.
