About Daycation
Sometimes, you just need to hit pause, leave the city behind, and take a mental mini-vacation—even if it’s just in your own backyard. Daycation is our nod to those perfect escape moments: coffee in hand, sunlight on your face, and a feeling that the world has slowed down just for you. We took a gorgeous Mexican coffee, roasted it just to the edge of Medium, and crafted it to shine hot, iced, or as a smooth espresso. It’s bright, balanced, and easy to sip—perfect for when you want to drift away for a little “you time.”
About The Coffee
Our Daycation coffee comes from the Finca Triunfo Verde (FTV) and the Campesinos Ecologicos de la Sierra Madre de Chiapas (CESMACH) cooperative in Mexico. These farms sit in the buffer zone of the El Triunfo Biosphere Reserve, home to Mesoamerica’s largest cloud forest and one of the most diverse forest ecosystems in the world. The cooperative is managed by Sixto Bonilla, a quality-obsessed coffee producer focused on empowering his community with the tools and resources to grow exceptional coffee. Shade-grown and carefully processed, this coffee highlights the unique terroir of Chiapas with balanced sweetness and tart, lively acidity.
